Roots / Twin Lobe/ Positive Displacement Blower

Greenfield PositiveDisplacement Rotary Blowers are designed to work upto 1kg/cm2 over pressure. Flow range available upto 24,000 m3/hr. Special packages can be designed for higher differential pressure. Can be used as vacuum application and as a Vacuum Booster.

Blowers can be used for Air and some other gases like nitrogen, Bio-Gas, Hydrogen, Carbon dioxide etc. with special Sealing Arrangement.

ROTORS :
They ensure uniform clearance in all positions. Stress relived and dynamically balanced for smooth and vibration free operation of blower. Smaller capacity blower rotor MOC SG Iron-GR-400/15 with integral shaft. Higher capacity blower rotor MOC CI-IS210 Grade FG260 with Alloy Steel Shaft. Rotors are available in Two lobe and Tri Lobe Version. Choice of Different material of construction or coating available.

TIMING GEAR :
Synchronization of rotors is through a pair of helical timing gears. Precision alloy steel gear provides quiet and accurate operation.

BEARINGS :
Double row angular contact ball bearings, Spherical taper roller bearings and deep Grove ball bearings with special clearance ensures that machine runs smoothly without seizure under heaviest operating condition.

DUAL SPLASH LUBRICATION :
Gears and Bearings are lubricated by oil or Grease. Having various lubrication options – Both side Oil Splash, Splash Oil and Grease, external cooled force lubrication as per requirement.

COOLING :

Air Cooled and Water cooled version available

Acoustic Enclosure

For some critical atmosphere where noise level to be restricted below 85db at 1m.   For that we can offer enclosures . These packages have built in instrumentation,  check and pressure relief valves.

Heavy Duty (Air Cooled)

Heavy duty blowers can suit for critical applications. Some of them can work for higher pressure of 1 bar pressure. These are having piston ring and oil Seal with Helical Gear design.

Heavy Duty (Water Cooled)

Water cooling is required to cool down the machine and lubricate to normal working range. With water cooling method we can use blowers upto 1bar pressure or in double staging 2.2 bar. These blowers are designed with sealing arrangement like Piston Ring, Gland Packing or with Mechanical Sealing Arrangement depend upon application.

Light Duty

These Blowers are light duty application like pressure to 4 MWC (Meter Water Column). These Blowers are cost effective, light weight, having smaller foot print, one side grease and one side oil lubricated. These Blowers are Air Cooled.

SIDE CHANNEL BLOWER

Side channel blowers can be used to generate vacuum and overpressure. They transfer the kinetic energy of a rotating impeller into pressure. The impeller is mounted directly on the shaft of the motor. The blade segments of the impeller suck the medium and create radial pressure during rotation. These Blowers gives constant gas flow.
