Lamella Clarifier / Tube Settler Media
Tube Media /Lamella Clarifier collects solids in the waste water treatment, into a compact mass which promotes the solids to slide down the tube channel. This media used to increase settling performance within a sedimentation basin. Tube settlers are single PVC profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve sedimentation in wastewater treatment plants.

MBBR /FAB MEDIA
We design, manufacture and supply Moving Bed Bio Reactor ( MBBR) / Fluidised Aerobic Bio-Reactor ( FAB) for Municipal and Industrial waste Water Treatment.
MBBR uses plastic carriers covered in biofilm to decompose waste. In addition to being an effective means of removing organic substances, MBBR is also an innovative method for nitrification and denitrification.
The MBBR process utilizes floating High Capacity Microorganism Biochips media within the aeration and anoxic tanks. The microorganisms consume organic material. The media provides increased surface area for the biological microorganisms to attach and grow.
